Electronic Financial Forum Individual Purchase

 

Forum teleconferences can also be purchased individually for $295.00. To sign up for an individual program, choose the program you wish to attend from the Forum schedule, complete the application form, and submit it to the EFSC headquarters electronically, or print out the application and fax 202-216-9646 or mail it to the address listed above. All payments for individual teleconferences must be made in advance of the program and require at least 24 hours notice.
